GUARDIAN uses the Industry Leading Crystal Reports

GUARDIAN provides exceptionally strong reporting capabilities, not only in the variety of reports available, but also in the options available when generating reports. All reports can be:

  • Previewed to the screen before printing
  • Exported to many formats including: PDF, Word, Excel, Lotus, Text, CSV, etc.
  • Emailed to one or more recipients
  • Searched to determined if specific data is contained in the report before printing

Using our specialized Report Server, the criteria asked for when running a report (date range, trade, part #, etc.) can be adjusted without any custom programming. Additionally, if you decide to add any new reports to the system, they can be added without any custom programming allowing you to tailor the reporting system to meet your needs.
