Triggered Tasks can be Managed in the PM System or the Work Order System.
Print PM Lists by Area and Trade (other options available)
Minimal Data Entry Required when Completing PM's
Complete PM History by Equipment/Task/Date

The Preventive Maintenance System combines powerful scheduling and triggering with a simple, easy to use system for managing PM's. It's as simple as 1, 2, 3:

  1. Enter the Standard Tasks you wish to perform and link them to one or more pieces of equipment with triggers.
  2. Run the PM Schedule routine and assign the tasks generated to maintenance personnel.
  3. Comply to the completed tasks by entering the PM ID number and the employee that completed the task.

GUARDIAN will automatically reschedule PM's as they are complied to. It will even project the scheduled date for meter driven PM's based upon the average daily usage of the attached meter.

Simple PM Tasks (inspection, cleaning, lubrication) can be managed totally within the PM system. For more complex tasks containing material requirements, the PM can be set to create a Work Order when it is triggered. It will then be managed through the Work Order system and will feed systems such as Inventory Reorders and Assign Purchase Requisitions to P.O.'s. Some companies prefer to treat all PM's as full Work Orders and the system can also accommodate this.
