With the GUARDIAN Downtime Reporting system you can get a handle on how much downtime your site is experiencing, as well as the areas causing the majority of the problems. The system will calculate the total operating minutes for each Production Line based on the shifts that the line works. These operating minutes will then be used to calculate the Uptime and Downtime Percentages.

Downtime data can be displayed using conventional reports as well as graphs and charts. The graphical representation of the data makes it easy to focus on problem areas and to monitor areas of improvement.

Data-entry is quick and easy. The system provides powerful search capabilities that even suggest possible entries while you type.

The Downtime Reporting system will be able to monitor the improvements resulting from implementing the GUARDIAN Maintenance Management system. This information (and the reduced downtime) will easily justify any expenditures related to installing your CMMS.
