Pricing & Upgrades

Pricing Module:
Since Guardian CMMS is both Modular and Scalable, one can start with one User doing PM’s, Work Orders and Inventory Control and expand from there.  The pricing matrix takes into account the number of concurrent Users and the Optional Modules that you wish to use.  When requesting a quotation, please indicate which Modules and how many Users that you wish to start with.

Financing Options:
Guardian CMMS licenses are available through customizable financial options, such as:

  • One, two, three, four and five year leases are available

  • Leases can include implementation costs.

  • If you have unused budget dollars available in one fiscal year, we can handle lump sum payments. 

  • If you have a slow period (a good time to implement), but want to get started anyway, we can delay the payment start date.

The key is that we should be able to tailor a Financial Plan to meet the needs of your company or institution.

Competitive Upgrades:
If you are looking to upgrade your current Maintenance Management or Materials Management system from an existing CMMS product, such as Maximo©, Datastream© etc., competitive trade-ins are available.  Since Competitive Upgrades are handled by special quotation, we will need to know the name of the product that you are currently using, the modules and/or functions that you are using, the type of database being used and the number of concurrent Users that you plan to have on the new system.
